AP Supervisor
Location: San Fernando, CA
- Oversee and assist with accounts payable function
- Complete general journal entries related to accounts payable and various other accounts
- Vendor analysis/Reconciliation
- Ability to multi-task and bring projects to timely completion
- Assist Controller with special projects
- Supervise three accounts payable specialists
- Train, motivate, and direct staff to accomplish individual responsibilities and department goals
- Supervisory experience and skills to handle personnel effectively
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Advance accounts payable skills
- Basic to intermediate general ledger skills
- Knowledge of Accounting software (MAS 90/200,Oracle preferred)
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages for accounts payable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take new tasks
- College, AA Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting & Finance
- Six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in the accounts payable/accounting
Customer Service Representative
Location: San Fernando, CA
- 3+ years customer service experience
- General Accounting knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledge of Accounting software (MAS 90/200, Oracle preferred)
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to follow-up and process request in a timely manner
- Knowledge of return process and credit/debit issuance
- Ability to create reports and analyze data for error reporting
- Work closely with sales, collections, QA inspection, shipping and receiving
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity of industry a plus
- Operate with minimal supervision

- Develop, design and make prototypes of new equipment and for laser cartridges remanufacturing
- Oversee and coordinate projects through final production
- Ability to develop material specification and operation manuals
- Ability to perform cost estimation, and prepare justifications for projects

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
BS degree in Mechanical engineering. CAD experience required (SolidWorks a plus, but not required). Proven record of successful new product development. Industry experience a plus.
