Shipping Policy
Future Graphics Guarantee
Future Graphics. will make every effort to ship all materials in outstanding commercial quality. In the event that any material is shipped defective due to faults in manufacture, packaging or through some other fault of Future Graphics and/or their vendors, Future Graphics will replace or credit the defective material at no additional cost to the customer.
Orders, Shipping and Freight
- Orders accepted until 5:00pm.
- Orders shipped UPS Red will ship same day if placed by 3:30pm.
- All orders shipped via UPS or common carrier.
- F.O.B. from point of shipment.
- Freight pricing based on Future Graphics warehouse shipping location.
- Shipping Claims - All claims must be made within five (5) working days of delivery of goods - Returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable.
Cancellations
Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
