Future Graphics Guarantee


Future Graphics LLC. will make every effort to ship all materials in outstanding commercial quality. In the event that any material is shipped defective due to faults in manufacture, packaging or through some other fault of Future Graphics LLC. and/or their vendors, Future Graphics LLC. will replace or credit the defective material at no additional cost to the customer.

Sales and Pricing


  • Minimum order is $200.00
  • Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices listed in U.S. Dollars on U.S. originated invoices and Canadian Dollars on Canadian originated invoices.
  • Dealer’s resale tax-exempt number must be on file or applicable sales tax will be added to invoice.

Payment Terms


  • Pre-paid, C.O.D., Wire Transfers
  • Company Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order; All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee
  • Credit Cards: MasterCard - Visa - American Express
  • Pre-approved Credit Terms

Credit Terms


  • Credit subject to Future Graphics, LLC. approval (See Credit Application).
  • Standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

Orders, Shipping and Freight


  • Orders accepted until 5:00pm.
  • Orders shipped UPS Red will ship same day if placed by 3:30pm.
  • All orders shipped via UPS or common carrier.
  • F.O.B. from point of shipment.
  • Freight pricing based on Future Graphics warehouse shipping location.
  • Shipping Claims - All claims must be made within five (5) working days of delivery of goods - Returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable.

Returns


  • Returned products need pre-issued Return Authorization (RA).
  • All U.S. Return Authorizations please contact 800-394-9900 or 818-837-8100 Customer Service.
  • All Canadian Return Authorizations please contact 877-848-0818 or 905-712-9501 Customer Service.
  • Please have the following information available for Customer Service:
    1. Your Account Number
    2. The Invoice Number
    3. Quantity to be Returned
    4. Reason for Return
  • All returned product must be sent pre-paid.
  • Up to 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Please write the RA number on all packages being returned.

Cancellations


Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
